See below for a complete Summer Events Lineup  June June 26th - National Canoe Day - Noon - 4pm Come and celebrate the Canoe! Group paddles, entertaining speakers, live music and free Voyageur Canoe Rides! Location: Samuel De Champlain Provincial Park July July 3rd - Voyageur Challenge - Starts at 1pm Watch up and coming bands battle it out for the opportunity to open up for Heart during Voyageur Days! Location: Explorers Point, Mattawa July 10th - Temiskaming Smallmouth Bass Tournament - Anglers chase down monster Smallmouth Bass on the Ottawa River Location: Ottawa River, Mattawa July 16th - Adventure Week Kick-off - Friday 4:30pm - 9pm Extreme sport stunt show, equipment demos, live DJ showcase. Location: Explorers Point, Mattawa July 16th - 25th - Voyageur Adventure Week Voyageur Country's most exciting week of the year! Location: Mattawa Region July 17th- Lost in the Rocks and Trees Mountain Bike Race - Race Starts at 9am Test your skills or cheer on the racers in Ontario's Toughest Mountain Bike Race Location: Nature's Harmony Ecolodge July 21st- Voyageur Rendezvous A fun day of voyageur activities. Location: Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park July 22nd - Rock for the Cure 7pm Heart performs with all proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society Location: Explorers Point, Mattawa July 23rd-25th - Voyageur Days Star studded music line-up, Adventure Alley, Kids Zone, Lumberjack Competition and much more! Location: Town of Mattawa July 24th - Mattawa River Canoe Race Race from North Bay to Mattawa along the historic Mattawa River Location: Start: Trout Lake (North Bay) Finish: Mattawa Island, Mattawa August August 6th and 7th - Blues and Arts Festival Friday 3pm-10:30pm Sat 1pm-10pm Great live music and an Art show and sale showcasing local artists. Location: Explorers Point, Mattawa August 14th - Kids Day 1pm-10pm Live music and fun activities for kids and the young at heart.
