Mattawa Voyageur Country is located along the Highway 17 corridor, just east of North Bay, Ontario. It is easily accessed by road or regularly scheduled airline service, bus and passenger train service to North Bay with connections to the Town of Mattawa. DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Toronto: Travel north on Hwy 400 then Hwy 11 at Barrie. Follow Hwy 11 north to North Bay (approximately 3 1/2 hours). Turn east onto Hwy 17 to enter into Mattawa Voyageur Country. From Ottawa: Travel north west on Hwy 17 to Mattawa (approximately 3 1/2 hours). From Sudbury: Follow Hwy 17 east from Sudbury, past North Bay, to enter into Mattawa Voyageur Country (approximately 2 hours).
